The week end we got arrived from Yuma AZ I took Bryce shopping in Sacramento, we let Mom and Dad come along so we would not get lost. First stop was Sports Authority where he found some poster and something else but that was weeks ago and since I am getting old I forgot what it was. On to Lids for a new base ball hat, he picked out an A's hat and then we had his name embroidered on the back. The minute we got home Dad had to put his posters on his bedroom walls. Nice fun day.
Popi and I arrived in woodland Friday just in time to see Bryce's base ball game, they did not win, but they had fun playing. It was fun watching his team play and how much they have improved since last year. I also was able to visit with Steve's Mom and Dad what a nice treat. I really notice how much both boys have grown since I last saw them. Jace is getting so mature before long he will be going off to collage.
Saturday afternoon was Bryce's Birthday Day party, it was out in the country nice big yard, there was a base ball, volley ball, and washer game all going on at the same time. The kids ran wild and had a ball. Well not really ran wild.........We even had a Goat join our party here is Jace and Mom introducing him to everyone. We had hot dogs with the works, it was the perfect menu for a 10Th birthday.
No birthday party is complete till you have presents and cake with ice cream. In that order too!!! The cake had to be chocolate with a base ball theme. Bottom center is "Kit Kat" arriving with a present. It was a nice fun layed back birthday party thank you Bryce. Later when something happens or the mood strikes me......B
